Generated Stories: Any content you input or create within the app, including stories, vocabulary lists, and comprehension questions, becomes public content available for use by others. Please be mindful of the information you include, as it will be accessible to the community.

c. Automatic Data Collection

We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what is necessary for tracking purchases and managing premium content.

3. How We Use Your Information

a. Providing Services

  • Account Management: Use your User ID to manage your account, track purchases, and provide access to premium content.

Please note that deleting your account will remove access to premium content and your purchase history. Anonymized and hashed versions of the users ID will be retained to prevent abuse of trial system.

Since we collect minimal data, there are limited options to opt-out. However, you can choose not to make purchases or subscribe to premium content at any time.

StoryTime Language – Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your StoryTime Language account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit an account deletion request using the form below or by emailing storytimelanguageapp@gmail.com.
  2. We will delete the following data:
    • Your account and associated data on our server.
    • Your Firebase account (email and UID).
    • All usage history, saved stories, and preferences are local to the application. To request deleting a specific story only, mention that in the message and it will be handled.
  3. Please note that some anonymized data may be retained for fraud prevention to prevent free trial abuse.

Once your request is received, we will process it within 7 days.
